The furnishing of the golf apartments is very elegant but designed in different styles and colours. Each golf apartment has a parlour with dining area as well as a fully fitted kitchen between living and bed room. Optionally you can choose apartments with one or two bed rooms, double or single bed. Depending on the chosen golf apartment you will either have a fantastic view onto the golf course or onto the big communal pool just from your balcony or grand terrace. For guests the usage of the pool is free of charge. Location and Surroundings The apartments are located in a very exclusive all year inhabited and typical Spanish urbanisation. This housing area has several housing complexes with apartments, tenements and lots of one and more family houses. Walking down the streets you will find yourself within a calm and pleasant high class housing estate with like-minded friendly and mostly Spanish people. This urbanisation is located between the villages Chiva and Torrent; just about 4 km away from the Formula 1 Test Drive and Motor-GP-Race Track Ricardo Tormo. The landscape is characterised by pine, orange, olive and almond trees as well as it is famous for its vine-growing. With a total distance of 6250 meters and narrow greens partly on a higher level, with several lakes and about 100 sand traps is this par 72 course scene of various Spanish Opens. The club-own golf school provides among others computer supportet analyses and even golf training for kids with an age between 5 and 15. The illuminated driving range has 40 driving spaces. The golf club house has an area of over 4.000 square meters on 3 floors as well as over 2.500 square meters terraces. Among other facilities the house includes a cafeteria, a restaurant, conference halls, play and TV rooms as well as a sauna, a Turkish bath and changing rooms.
